This appears to be a combat recognition, found in the August 1981 issue of The Eskalya Chronicle in a "Northern Order of Precedence". The consorts of those admitted to this Order appear to have been admitted to the Order of the Snowbird. This is a short-lived recognition from the early days of the Region of the North (now the Principality of Oertha).
