Current and Past Prima Spadas

There will be a rapier tournament once a year [at the Fall Coronet Tournament] to determine the holder of this title. It is the duty and privilege of the Prima Spada to step forward and wield his/her blade for the Coronet Sovereign, in Rapier matters. The person who wins this title in combat retains the title for a year. The token is a baldric (description not given at this time).
