West Kingdom Award Information/Change

PLEASE NOTE: The West Kingdom Award List only tracks awards granted by the King and Queen of the West, Princes and Princesses of the Principalities of the West, and equivilant awards from other Kingdoms/Principalities -- all local (Barony, Province, etc.) awards are tracked locally, and are not our responsibility -- the only exception is Awards of Arms granted by the Baron and Baroness of the Far West.

Gender (Male/Female) -- this is for the Scribes when generating Award Scrolls
State whether this is a correction or a query,
If this is a correction, please note:
- Where you live (SCA branch -- this includes your Principality, if any (if not, then note "Marches", and your local branch)
- The name of the award
- The date the award was given
- The region of the Royalty who gave it (if the King and Queen, state that the royalty region is "The West" or that it was the King and Queen, otherwise note the name of the Principality (or Far West Baron/ess), or if from another Kingdom, state "Other Kingdom")
- The names of the Royalty who gave it (if another Kingdom, list the name of the Kingdom here)
Add any other comments, suggestions, notes, information that may be useful after the rest.

While the above seems like a lot, it is helpful to get as much information as possible ...
